Bob Adams

ADAMS, Bob  Age 69, of Burton, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, September 18, 2003 at Deliverance Tabernacle, G-4089 Fenton Rd., Burton with Rev. Ernest Davis officiating. Visitation will be held 6-9 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (just south of Hill Rd.), Flint. Visitation will also be held from 12 PM Thursday until the time of service at church. Bob was born in Paragould, AR on September 20, 1933. He moved to Flint to work at Chevrolet Manufacturing from 1966 to 1976 before returning to Paragould. Before his death Bob had lived in Burton for the last 10 years where he had made a lot of friends and was often known as Friendly Bob. Bob leaves six sisters, Emma and Jonathan Elliot, Lee and Charles Douglas, Dorothy and John Gumulinski, Vila and Jim Irwin, Linda and Doug Piar, Barb and Roger Wagner; several nieces and nephews.
