Beverly Franks

FRANKS, Beverly Jean - Age 85, of Mio, formerly of Fenton, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Villa of Rose City. The family will receive friends from 10am-2pm & 4pm-8pm Monday, November 28, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Compassus Hospice. Beverly was born October 26, 1931 in Durand, the daughter of Guy and Beatrice (Hogan) Scheitler. Beverly moved to Mio in 1992. She enjoyed the AuSable River, feeding birds, turkeys and other animals. Surviving are: son, Donald Franks of Linden; brother, Robert Scheitler of Durand; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Charles on November 4, 2016; oldest son, John in 1984; brothers, Kenneth and Donald Scheitler.
