Beverly Jean Deady

DEADY, Beverly Jean (Hill) - Age 87, of Swartz Creek, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Hurley Medical Center. A funeral service will take place 12:00 PM, Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Jacob Giesler will preside. Burial will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will take place from 10 AM until the time of service Wednesday. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the American Heart Association. 

Beverly was born on January 14, 1936 in Flint, the daughter of O'Riley and Myrtle (Burch) Hill. She graduated from Flint Northern High School. Beverly worked in production for GM, UAW Local #5960 for 18 years before her retirement in 1997. She was united in marriage to John Deady on April 27, 1996. Beverly was a member of Faith Bible Baptist Church of Lapeer. She enjoyed time with her family raising her three children and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed painting and drawing. 

She is survived by her children, David (Glenda) Bailey, Timothy (Tanga) Bailey, Rebecca (Mark) Shepler; grandchildren, Selina (Pete) Taylor, Justin (Heather) Kleiber, Jonathan (Marnie) Bailey, Jared Hood, Lee (Willis) Ingram, Daniel Bailey, Jordan Shepler, Zackery Shepler; great grandchildren, Riley, Jayden, Nadia, Wyatt, Easton, Maggie, Bridget, Tess, Madelyn and Harrison; and brother, Donald Hill.
