Betty Jean Wiles

WILES, Betty Jean  Age 78, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 17, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Charles Pancoast officiating. Interment will be held at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held 7-9 PM Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Wiles was born October 2, 1927 in Flint, the daughter of Arthur and Doris Marie (McCrumb) Hempton. She married Douglas Wiles on April 25, 1953 in Flint and he preceded her in death on August 30, 1981. Mrs. Wiles was a graduate of Northern High School and retired from Hurley Medical Center as a Nurses Aide after 35 years of service. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and at church. Surviving are: three children, Melody Jane (Donald) Milton of Midland, Cindy Martin of St. Petersburg, FL, Perry (Julie) Wiles of Shepherd, MI; six grandchildren, Daniel Ureche, Abigail Milton, Gabrielle Milton, Magen Martin, Bryan Wiles, Noah Wiles; sister, Joan (William) Fray of Birmingham.
