Betty Jane GROVER

GROVER, Betty Jane (Epley), age 82, of Hartland, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, January 24, 2010 after succumbing to a long battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held 2PM Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Chaplain Clyde Chamberlain officiating. Interment to follow at Hartland Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-4 & 6-9PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Hartland Senior Center in Betty's memory. Born November 6, 1927 in Hartland the daughter of Donald and Iva (Kerchener) Epley, and she was a lifelong resident of Hartland. Meeting her husband Ernie at the age of nine, and married at nineteen, they were blessed with 63 years of marriage. She is survivied by her husband, Ernie; 2 daughters, Diana Schultz (James), Susan (James) Murray; step-mother, Eunice Epley all of Hartland; 4 grandchildren, Tammy Chinn (Dan), Tina Peebles (Frederick), Christine Schultz, William Schultz (Dawn); 5 great-grandchildren, William, Cora, Ryan, Cody and Cory.
