GELLINGS, Betty T. - Age 87, of Swartz Creek, died March 18, 2012. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek. Fr. Steve Mattson celebrant. Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Tuesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, with a rosary at 7 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Betty was born August 24, 1924, the daughter of Joseph and Vera (Bishop) Pendergraph. She was married to Henry B. Gellings on April 15, 1944; he preceded her in death on December 11, 2009. Betty was a member of St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, enjoyed cross stitch, crossword puzzles, reading, traveling and spending time with family. Surviving are: children, Joseph (Linda Wares) Gellings, Michael Gellings, Pat Phillips, Susan (Levon) Hachigian, Martha (Paul Miller)Harris; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
