Endebrock, Betty Jean- Age 94, of Fenton, passed away July 1, 2023. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Road, Howell. Celebrant is Father Gregg Pleiness.  Burial will follow in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Monday, July 3, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton with a rosary at 7 PM;  and visitation on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 10 AM until Mass at 11 AM at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Augustine Catholic Church or St. Vincent de Paul.
Betty was born May 11, 1929 in Tyrone Twp, Michigan, the daughter of Emory and Sadie (Smith) Westphal. She married Bernard Endebrock on October 2, 1948 in Hartland;  and they raised eight children together. In addition to her wonderful family responsibilities, as a wife and mother, she had the time and energy to own and operate her own photography business for many years. She also was a successful distributor of Shaklee products. She was a devoted member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and she served as the sexton of the cemetery for many years. Her husband Bernard served as a permanent Deacon at St. Augustine until his death. She was a leader in the 4-H for over 23 years, a member of St. Vincent de Paul Society and she loved to travel.
She is survived by her children, Karen Corrion of Howell, Karl Endebrock of Auburn Hills, Mary (Kevin) Sturgis of Fenton, Christopher (Nancy) Endebrock of Howell, Laura Waskom of Stanwood, WA, Theresa Zakerski of Milan, John Endebrock of Howell and Matthew Endebrock of Deland, FL; 19 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by many friends and the staff at Village Manor in Hartland who fondly referred to her as "Purple Betty".
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emory and Sadie; her husband, Bernard in 1999; sister, Norma; brother, Lawrence; sons-in-law, Zak and Mike; sisters-in-law, Doris and Bea and brothers-in-law, Donald and Norman.
