Beryl June DOOLEY

DOOLEY, Beryl June - Age 91, of Fenton, died Monday, April 5, 2010 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, with Fr. David Harvey officiating. Burial immediately following in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimers Association. Mrs. Dooley was born June 7, 1918 in Tyrone Township, Kent County, the daughter of Martin and Beryl (Bowmaster) DeGraff. She married John Edward Dooley June 7, 1941 and he preceded her in death January 23, 1984. She retired from GMI (Kettering) as Coordinator of Foreign Affairs, she also had worked at Detroit Edison. She was an instructor at the Fenton Community Center for Body Recall and was a former Girl Scout Leader. Surviving are: 2 children, Katherine Howard of Fenton and Edward and wife Vicky Dooley of Fenton; 4 grandchildren, Jerry and wife Jill Howard of Fenton, Jeanette Howard of Fenton, Timothy Gean of St. Joseph and Tammy Gorial of Fenton; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
