GOODMAN, Bennie, age 68, of Flint, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Heritage Manor, Flint after a battle with cancer. Private family services have been held. Mr. Goodman was born January 16, 1942 in Flint, the son of James Willard and Evelyn Etta (Powers) Goodman. Surviving are: six children, Benny (Monica) Goodman, Bill (Amy) Goodman, Sherri (Michael) Burris, Anthony Goodman, Randall Goodman, and Jeffery Goodman; grandchildren, Nicole, Angela, Micah, Gabrielle, Morgan, Cody, Jake, Colton, Abby and Grace; 3 great-grandchildren; first wife, Dianne (Heath) Goodman; special friends, Tom and Debbie Filpansick, Ken, Matt, Amy Powell. He was preceded in death by: his parents; sister, Etta Mae and second wife, Arden (Ellenberger) Goodman. Arrangements by Sharp Funeral Homes & Cremation Center.
