Beatrice Ann Johnson

Johnson, Beatrice Ann - Age 92, of Fenton, died March 21, 2024. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society.

Bea was born September 17, 1931 in Crosby, Crow Wing County, Minnesota the daughter of Harold Marsh and Thelma (Lindquist) Marsh. She was married to Richard Johnson on July 1, 1953 while he was serving in the U.S. Army.  Richard preceded her in death April 6, 2022. They had spent 30 years enjoying retirement in Tellico Village, Tennessee. Bea made friends easily and was very active in her church (Tellico Village Community Church). Bea and Richard exercised regularly and ate a healthy diet. They were both in amazing condition for people in their early 90s.  Their lifestyle served as an inspiration to many friends and family.

Surviving are: two children, Zelda (Roy) Lawrence of Fenton, Michigan, Steve (Amy) Johnson of Oak Point, Texas; grandchildren, Bryan (Rachele) Lawrence, Drew (Michelle) Johnson, Chandler Johnson; great-grandchildren, Grayson Lawrence, Olivia Lawrence, Audrey Lawrence, Eva Johnson, Sophia Johnson, Liam Johnson; brother Harold (Fran) Marsh; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and siblings, Milo, Kenneth, Violet, and Yvonne.
