SEGAL, Barbara A. -- Age 68, of Gaines/Durand, died May 29, 2012 at Durand Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center. Visitation will be 1-8 PM Friday, June 1 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. No services will be held at this time. Services will be later in the Summer at Oakwood Cemetery, Gaines. Those desiring may make contributions to Cairn Dale Farm, Lennon (for Maggie.) Barbara was born January 25, 1944 in Flint the daughter of Donald and Mary (Danko) Kingsland. She retired from A.C. Spark Plug in 1996 with 30 years of service. Surviving are: daughter Teresa(Greg) Jenkins of Gaines; brother, Douglas (Sharon) Kingsland of Auburndale, FL; two nephews, Christopher Kingsland, Donald Kingsland, of Orlando, FL; and her dog Maggie. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family extends a special thanks to her friends and neighbors, McLaren, flint, and Durand Senior Care.
