Barbara Dunning

DUNNING, Barbara Jean - Age 76, of Interlochen formerly of Linden, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St, Linden. Pastor Donald Neuville officiating. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8 PM Friday and 9:00 AM Saturday until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Linden High School Band Boosters. Barb was born July 23, 1938 in Flint to Early and Grace (Cook) Morton. She married Wayne E. Dunning on August, 1, 1955 in Rankin. She had resided in Kingsley after moving from Linden ten years ago. In recent months, she and her husband moved to Interlochen. Barb is survived by her husband of 59 years, Wayne as well as three children: Rick Dunning of Mesick, Kimberley and husband Steven Winter of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, and Scott and wife Janine Dunning of Brighton; ten grandchildren: Jenna, Rachel, Erika, Holly, Rene, Cody, Randi Lee, Lukas, Alek and Jack; eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
