KIRKPATRICK, B. Eleanor - Age 85, of White Lake, died Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Argentine Care Center. Funeral service will be 3PM Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad Street, Linden. Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11AM until time of service on Wednesday. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association. Bertha was born August 29, 1923 in Ft. Wayne, IN, the daughter of James and Clara (Werkman) Mulhollen. She married "Kirk" Kirkpatrick on February 12, 1965 in Memphis, TN. Mrs. Kirkpatrick taught cosmetology and was a hairdresser. She was also a talented artist. Eleanor was a former member of Waterford Community Church and Fellowship Shepherd Church in Waterford. Surviving are: husband, "Kirk"; daughter, Nancy and husband Paul Mitchell of Linden; 9 grandchildren, Jay and wife Bridget Gross of Howell, Janelle and husband Jesus Ortiz of Glenwood Springs, CO, Jennifer and husband Adam Lesperance of Williamston, Sarah and husband Max Dietrich of Fenton, Ron Mitchell of Davisburg, Emily Mitchell of West Bloomfield, Angela and husband Mike Miley of Bloomfield Twp., Karl and wife Rebecca Knapp of Dellroy, OH, Aaron Knapp of Waterford; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Vera and husband Robert Janes of New Mexico; nephew, Robert "Bud" Janes of New Mexico.
