Aubrey I. DuBois

DuBois, Aubrey I. - Age 89, of Linden, died August 27, 2023. Funeral services will be held privately at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel,  209 East Broad Street, Linden. Interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. 

Aubrey was born November 18, 1933 in Flint, Michigan, the only child of loving parents Irvin S. "Ted" Britt and Christine A. (Watson) Britt. She was a 1951 graduate of Utley High School and married her high school sweetheart Billy Gene DuBois on June 16, 1951. They celebrated over 72 years of marriage. She was a stay-at-home mom for her 6 children who she loves dearly. She loved their many family parties. She shared a love of genealogy with her husband for many years. Aubrey had many hobbies, crocheting, knitting, and coming from a musical family, a love of music. 

Surviving are: her husband of 72 years, Billy G. DuBois; their six children, Cheryl DuBois, Michael (Robin) DuBois, Brian (Rosemary) DuBois, Michelle (Tom) Rodgers, Teresa (Mark) Nelson, Jeffrey (Kathryn) DuBois; fifteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Aubrey's family extends a special thank you to the staff of McLaren Hospice.
