Aubrey Earl CALL

CALL, Aubrey Earl - age 87, of Fenton, died Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Argentine Care Center. A memorial service will be held 4 PM Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Call was born August 31, 1924 in Flint, the son of Adrian and Ruby (Cobb) Call. He attended Flint Central High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during World War II. Mr. Call married Faye Caroline Quillmack on July 27, 1946 and she preceded him in death on April 2, 2011. Mr. Call retired from General Motors in 1976 after 34 years of service. He was an Elder in both the Cheboygan, MI and Fenton, MI congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses. Surviving are: son, Alan Call of Swartz Creek; daughters, April (Dan) Smith of Houghton Lake, Niki (Tom) Brill of Fenton, Patty (Mike) Hewitt of Houghton Lake; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and brother, Elwyn Call also survive. He was also preceded in death by two daughter, Rae Call and Tracy Call; brother, David Call, sister, Vivian Payne.
