Antonio Delao

DeLAO, Antonio - age 70, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Steven Maske officiating. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Friday and 9 AM until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association. Mr. DeLao was born December 11, 1937 in San Antonio, TX, the son of Juan and Antonia (Arsiniega) DeLao. He married Linda Jones on December 30, 1987. Mr. DeLao retired from the Lapeer County Health Department as a drug and alcohol therapist. He was a very active member or St. Paul Lutheran Church in Flint. Mr. DeLao loved animals, especially dogs. He will be missed by: his wife, Linda of Swartz Creek; two daughters, Christy and husband, Matt Coles of Rochester, NY, Correy Pratt and fianc, Curtis Gannon of Lexington, KY; two brothers, Johnnie DeLao and wife, Nikki, Jesse DeLao and wife, Gloria, all of San Antonio, TX; many nieces and nephews.
