ANDERSON, Annette Bernice, age 90, of Flint, passed away Monday, November 29 at Medilodge of Montrose. Funeral Services will be 11:00a.m. Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Township. Internment at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Annette was born May 7, 1920 in Chicago the daughter of the late Leo and Mary Navratil. She worked as a beautician in the flint area for over 40 years. Annette enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino and embroidery, she loved nature, especially gardening. Mrs. Anderson was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Flint. Surviving are her sons, Harold and wife, Joann Anderson of Davison, Dale and wife, Vicky of Clio, Jim of Roscommon; daughter Elaine and husband, Russell Tate of Burton; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Marie McDonald of Flushing; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also preceded in death by her husband Harold in 1996, brother Jim Navratil and sister Stella Russell. The family would like to give a special thank-you to Medilodge of Montrose for their loving care and compassion.
