Anna L. PRICE

PRICE, Anna L. -- Age 95, of Linden, died April 7, 2009 at her home. Funeral Services will be 10 AM Tuesday, April 14 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden, Rev. Donald Neuville officiating. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Sunday, 1-4 and 6-8 PM Monday. An Eastern Star Memorial Service will be 7 PM Monday under the auspices of Linden O.E.S. 175. Those desiring may make contributions to Genesys Hospice. Anna was born June 6, 1913 in Detroit the daughter of Christian F. and Catherine G. (Slauson) Grill. She graduated from Gaines High School. She married Paul H. Price in Gaines in 1933; he preceded her in death in 1988. She was active in the Linden O.E.S. 175 and was past Worthy Matron. She was also active in the PTA in Linden. She loved to care for her yard and garden. She was a very strong willed and independent minded person. Mrs. Price is survived by: three sons, Joel A. and wife Lydia of Bozeman, Montana, William D. and wife Jan of Smithsburg, Maryland, Paul C. and wife Carol of Fenton; sister, Catherine Lindahl of Hartland; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
