DOWNING, Anna Marie - Age 91, of Fenton, died November 26, 2015. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the St. John the Evangelist Educational Foundation. Anna was born September 27, 1924 in Caro, the daughter of Paul and Anna Mabel (Steele) June. She was married to Lewis C. Downing on January 10, 1942 in Caro; he preceded her in death on February 22, 2005. She is survived by her children, Connie Reuther, June (Bill) Brown, Faith (Dean) Howard, Donald (Melody) Stratton, Daniel (Joyce) Downing, Bethany (Timothy) Dawes; daughter-in-law, Debbie Downing; 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, David Downing; son-in-law, Thomas; granddaughter, Deanna; two sisters and a brother.
