DELECKI, Anna Veronica (Santa) "Honey" - Age 89, of Fenton, died Thursday, April 21, 2011 at her residence. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Burial in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Monday from 5-8 PM, Tuesday from 3-8 PM and at church Wednesday from 10 AM until time of Mass. A vigil service will be held at the funeral home Tuesday at 7:00 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the St. John G.I.F.T. Campaign. Anna was born January 29, 1922 in Lorain, OH, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Slezsak) Santa. She married Stanley Delecki May 11, 1946 in Flint. She had resided in Fenton since 1971, coming from Flint. Anna was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and Dom Polski Club of Flint. Surviving are: husband, Stanley; 4 children, Nancy Williams and husband Ronald of Fenton Township, Dr. Chris Delecki and wife Bonnie of Seattle, WA, Tony Delecki and wife Lori of Fenton and Matt Delecki and wife Cheryl of Fenton; 12 grandchildren, Michael (Michelle) Williams, Timothy Williams, Brian (Erin) Williams, Zachary (Chelsie) Delecki, Lindsay (Eric Zenoni) Delecki, Kevin (Courtney) Delecki, Everett Delecki, Alex Delecki, Ryan Delecki, Carli Delecki, Elise Delecki, Marissa Delecki; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Rose (Oscar) Smigiel of Grand Blanc; brother, Jim (Frances) Santa of Clio; several nieces and nephews.
