Anita Hodgman

HODGMAN, Anita Jane -- Age 91, of Flint, died November 5, 2020. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Tuesday November 10, 2020 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Clio. Visitation will be 2 PM - 4 PM and 6PM - 8 PM Monday and from 12PM until time of service on Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to Federation of the Blind. Anita was born September 28, 1929 in Monette, Arkansas the daughter of Lester and Katherine (Nelson) Duncan. She graduated from Flint Central High School. She was a longtime member of the Eagles Club 629. She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn (Clarence) Yax of Swartz Creek, sisters, Norma Debus of Montrose, and Glenda (Herbert) Nichols of Clio; grandchildren, Alicia Spencer, Erin Yax, Clarence (Karen) Yax III, Cory (Merrilee) Yax, Jamie Yax; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; many nieces; cousins, Leilann Drake, Marcy Hatcher.
