Anita Ballard

BALLARD, Anita Ann (Luke) - Age 78, of Linden, passed away August 8, 2022. Services will be held 2PM Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd., Holly. Anita was born April 6, 1944 in Fenton, the daughter of Ranald and Madeline (Terry) Luke and was a 1962 graduate of Fenton High School. Anita was very artistic and enjoyed painting. She loved jewelry, animals and nature. Her favorite bird was a Cardinal. She is survived by her husband, William Ballard; children, Steven Moore, Jody McCormick and Russell (Amy) Stadler; grandchildren, Stephanie, Brandon, Haley, Hannah, Chloe, Ethan and one great-granddaughter; siblings, Jim (Orlene) Luke, Janet Savage and Pam (Richard) Hall.
