Aniela Olesko

OLESKO, Aniela Tomaka - Age 95, of Burton, died February 14, 2018. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Saturday, February 17 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide Street, Fenton. Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Road, Fenton where a scripture service will be held at 7 PM. Visitation will also be held 10-11 AM Saturday at the church. Aniela was born August 3, 1922 in Przemysi, Poland the daughter of Pawel and Katherina (Mazur) Tomaka. She married Roman "Ray" Olesko in Germany in 1942; and he preceded her in death on November 19, 1972. Surviving are: 4 children, Monica (Paul) Kaplewski, Arleen Jones, Janet Tacket, and Joseph Olesko; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild. She was also preceded in death by: her parents; daughter, Mary Olesko, son, Robert Olesko, daughter and son-in-law, Lorriane (Garnett) Long; and son-in-law, Clete Tacket.
