KINSMAN, Alta Audrey  Age 74, of Linden, died unexpectedly on Thursday, January 12, 2006 with her loving husband by her side. A Memorial service will be held 2 PM Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden,  Dr. Johnny Reed will officiate. Alta was born October 1, 1931 in Conway Township the daughter of Ronald N. and Marjorie (Rix) Stuible. She had resided in Linden since 1951. She married Donald E. Kinsman on May 31, 1951. Mrs. Kinsman earned her B.S. and Masters degrees from Michigan State University. She was a fourth grade teacher at Holly Area Schools for 21 years. She was a past president of the Womens Society at the Linden United Methodist Church and Limited Editions of Michigan. She was a member of The Life Enrichment Center, AAUW and a past 4-H leader. Mrs. Kinsman loved flower gardening and mushroom hunting. She excelled at needlework and sewing. Surviving are: husband Donald; four children, Linda K. Kinsman of Fenton, Laura L. and husband Robert Rogers of Byron, Mary A. and husband Joey Chittick of Swartz Creek, Neal Kinsman and wife Beth of Lakeworth, FL; grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Jared, Brian, Michael, and Steven; and the apple  of her eye, great-grandson, Billy; several nieces and nephews.
