EKHOLM, Alma V., age 86, of Ortonville, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Genesys Hospice Care Center, Goodrich. Services provided by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. Interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Memorial donations may be made to Genesys Hospice Care Center of Goodrich or The Alzheimers Association. Alma was born June 10, 1923 in Stoddard, Wisconsin the daughter of the late Albert and Grace (Riley) Adams. She was married to Howard Ekholm on July 21, 1945 and he preceded her in death October 27, 1995. Surviving are her daughter, Judith Zielke (Mike) of Ortonville; sister, Dorothy Leo of Stoddard, WI; brother, James Adams of Shelby Twp. She was also preceded in death by 4 sisters and 1 brother.
