Allan was born May 15, 1957 in Rapid City, South Dakota, son of Francis and Constance (Gourdie) Ruble. Surviving are, 3 daughters, Cynthia, Angie, Toni; 2 sons, Torrie, Collin; mother, Constance Bonardelli, sister, Karen Hardy; brother, Jimmy Ruble; niece, Reagan and husband, Steve Lacey; nephew, Victor Simpson. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Micky Hackney in 2009 and Debra Coon in 1999; father, Francis Ruble and his grandparents.
