CONNOR, Alexandra "Fay" -- Age 98, of Traverse City, formerly of Flint, died January 15, 2011 at Birchwood Nursing Home in Traverse City. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Monday, January 24 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 2415 Bagley St., Flint, Fr. Thomas Firestone celebrant. Interment in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be from 10-11 AM Monday at church with a rosary to be prayed at 10:30 AM. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John Vianney School. Mrs. Connor was born August 19, 1912 in Flint the daughter of Victor and Alexandra Kraszewski. She was a resident of Flint most of her life. She was married to Thomas A. Connor and he preceded her in death in 1984. She was a member of St. John Vianney. Surviving are: six children Joan Connor of Traverse City, Kathleen Connor (Al) Herrera of Traverse City, Thomas Connor of Anchorage, Alaska, Phil (Karen) Connor of Cadillac, Stephen Connor of Grand Blanc, John (Jane) Connor of Davisburg; brother Victor Kraszewski; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
