Albert Starkey

STARKEY, Albert Daniel "Danny" - Age 72, of Fenton, died August 8, 2016. Services will be held 1 PM Friday, August 26, 2016 at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Albert was born January 19, 1944 in Linden, the son of Ernest Alvin and Eloise Ione (Shaw) Starkey. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a lifetime member of Fenton VFW Post #3243, where he was also a member of the honor guard. Albert was married to Charlene Gray on June 13, 1964 in Linden. He retired from Harroun Enterprises in 2003. Surviving are: wife, Charlene; children, Charles Robert Starkey, Brenda Jo Kissane (Michael Young), Catherine Ione Osentoski (Andy); eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Alice Parker, Clara Bruce and Ernestine Thompson; several nieces and nephews.
