Albert Lee Sherman

SHERMAN, Albert Lee, age 69, of Flint, died Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Genesys Health Park, surrounded by his loved ones. Funeral Services will be held 12PM Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. Doug Furze officiating. Burial in Gilmore Township Cemetery, Farwell. Visitation will be held 3-8PM Monday at the funeral home. Albert was born October 24, 1937 in Farwell, the son of Harold and Ada (Brasington) Sherman. He married Mary Lou Allen on October 25, 1958 and she preceded him in death on February 8, 2001. Albert was a graduate of Farewell High School, attended Michigan State University and retired from General Motors after 34 years of employment. He loved his family and especially enjoyed his grandchildren. Surviving are his 3 children, Valerie Sherman, Paul Sherman, Karen Ellsworth all of Flint; grandchildren, Krystal, Terik and Jason Sherman; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Wilson, Rob Prince Jr. and many nieces and nephews.
