SCHULER, Albert, Jr. Â Age 81, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, September 12, 2003 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at German Church of God, 2393 S. Elms Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Waldemar Makus officiating. Interment will be held at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-9 PM Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Box 527, York, NE 68467. Mr. Schuler was born September 12, 1922 in Poland, the son of Albert and Natalie (Arndt) Schuler, Sr. He resided in Swartz Creek since 1986 coming from Benton Harbor. He married Johanna Knodel on September 3, 1949 in Germany. Mr. Schuler was a Tailors apprentice while in Germany and a Plant Operator at Twin Cities Waste Water Treatment Plant in St. Joseph, MI. He was a member of the German Church of God. Surviving are: wife, Johanna; two children, Rosemarie and husband, Reinhard Jeske of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Albert Schuler III and wife, Gerlinde of Swartz Creek; four grandchildren, Christopher and Jennifer Jeske, Lorraine and Carmen Schuler; three sisters, Else and husband, Arthur Wolske, Erika and husband, Ludwig Guse, Trudy and husband, Alfred Jendralski; brother, Karl Schuler and wife, Jeanette; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
