Albert Deering

DEERING,  Albert L. -  age 63, of Davison, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023. A memorial service will be held 2PM.  A Visitation will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, 5PM-9PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel,  8138 Miller Road,  Swartz Creek. Visitation will resume on Saturday, April 22, 2023, starting at 12PM until time of service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Semper Fi Fund, Swartz Creek Girl's Golf Program, or Swartz Creek Girl's Softball Program in his memory.

Albert "Bud" was born on December 12, 1959, in Flint, Michigan to the late Ralph & Barbara Deering. He graduated in 1978 from Carman High School. He married the love of his life, Kelly Cimbalik on April 16, 1988.

He took pride in everything he did whether it was as a skilled brick layer, doing projects around the house, or helping others with their own projects.

Bud was a big sports fan and an avid golfer. He was a member to the Davison County Club where he met many of his golfing friends. During his children's younger years, he coached their basketball, baseball, softball and soccer teams. Above all, there was no joy greater to him than his children and grandchildren. His family will miss him dearly.

He is survived by his wife, Kelly; his five children, Krisha (Dave) Sutton, Alesha (Curtis) Burnash, Morgan Deering, Gabrielle Deering and Albert Deering Jr.; three grandchildren, Elliot Burnash and Soraya & Meadow Sutton; his brother, Scott Deering, niece, Melisse Deering;  great-nephew Anthony Deering; mother-in-law, Sue Cimbalik and sister-in-law, Kari (John) Faarup. Albert is further survived by many dear family members and friends too numerous to list but never forgotten.
