Susan Fey

FEY, Susan Kay - Age 72, of Fenton, died June 11, 2020. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12 PM Thursday, June 18, 2020 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Rd., Howell. Fr. Gregg Pleiness celebrant. Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Wednesday, with a Rosary at 7 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton and from 11AM until the time of Mass Thursday at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Vincent dePaul at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Susan was born July 11, 1947 in Flint, the daughter of John and Rose (Luketich) Markanovich. She was a graduate of Bentley High School and Hurley Nursing School. Mrs. Fey retired from Hurley Medical Center in 2001. Following retirement, Susan became a Mary Kay Consultant. She was passionate about helping women look and feel their best. Susan was an active member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, St. Vincent dePaul, Sisterhood of Catholic Women and Heartbeat of Flint. She is survived by her husband, Robert; daughter, Amy Bray; step-children, Sandra Fey, Michael (Kathleen) Fey; grandchildren, Briana, Callaigh, Erin and Ian; great-grandchildren, Spencer and Gabriella; brother, David (Mary) Markanovich; nieces, Judy Burk and Heather Markanovich; nephew, Tim Markanovich.
