SMITH, Richard L. "Dick" - Age 68, of Fenton, died Tuesday, February 3, 2015. Those desiring may make contributions to the Richard L. Smith Memorial Fund. Dick was born January 23, 1947 in Bowling Green, OH the son of Elwood Darwin and Jeanne LaVonne (Aller) Smith. He was a 1965 graduate of Linden High School. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. Surviving are: grandson, Demetrius; sisters, Amy and husband Steve Englund of Fenton, Sally VanDomelen of St. Petersburg, FL, and Susan and husband David Knotts of Canton, GA; brothers, Todd and wife Sharla Smith of Bell, FL and David Smith of Old Town, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
