Judy Collins

Judy Lynn Collins, age 76 of Flint, passed away on October 29, 2022. A funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, November 3, 2022 a the Sharp Funeral Home - Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad Street, Linden, Michigan 48451. Interment will be at 2:30 PM Thursday at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. The family will receive guests at the funeral home from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Judy to Heart To Heart Hospice (4438 Oak Bridge Drive, Flint, Michigan 48532). She is survived by her children; Christina (Michael) Sheick of Swartz Creek and Darrell (Lea) Collins of Linden. Grandchildren; Lyndsi (Jacob) Pedigo of TN, Trenton (Alexis) Sheick of Hudsonville, Derek (Nicole) Collins of Davison and Daniel Collins of Linden. Great-grandchildren; Adalyn, Larry, Nicklas and Lucy. Sister; Theresa Montague. Step-sister; Bonnie (Dennis) Wagner. Step-brother; Gary (Carolyn) Davis. Sisters-in-law; Joann Sipes and Ruthann Sipes. Also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Judy was born on August 27, 1946 in Holly, Michigan to the late John and Geraldine (Feley) Sipes. She graduated from Fenton High School and enjoyed crocheting, going to the casino and she cherished time spent with her family. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Larry, Step-mother; LuRena, Brothers; Richard, John and Darwin. Brother-in-law; Doug Montague. The family wants to express their appreciation to the Woodhaven Senior Community and Heart To Heart Hospice for their care and kindness toward Mrs. Collins.
