Dawn Ferguson

FERGUSON, Dawn Marie - Age 57, of Fenton, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton.  Dawn's cousin, Rev. Ed Pila officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral  home Saturday from 4-8 PM and Sunday from 1 PM until the time of the service.  Those desiring may make contributions to the family c/o Sharp Funeral Homes or The Rock Church Building Fund.

Dawn was born January 31, 1962 in Detroit the daughter of Donald and Mary Ellen (Olson) Ferguson.  She was a 1980 graduate of Linden High School.  She resided in the Fenton area since 1980, coming from Redford.  Dawn attended Tennessee Temple University and graduated from Baker College.  She was a former Massage Therapist and a licensed realtor with the Ferguson Team.  She retired from Ride Centric in Dallas, TX, where she was the Global Client Relations Manager.

Surviving are: her mother, Mary Ellen Ferguson; siblings, Scott (Dee) Ferguson, Dena (Daren) Scully, John (Diana) Ferguson, Donna (Matt) Steffey, Rob (Annette) Ferguson, and Dan (Jennifer) Ferguson; She was Aunt Dawnie to 22 nieces and nephews, who she affectionately called her niblings, Chance, Scott, Tyler, Heydon, Collette, Whitney, Ryan, Dugan, Maisie, Elizabeth Anne, Ian, Owen, William, Reagan, Jack, Calan, Nolan, Anton, Maris, Wren, Lynde; and great Aunt Dawnie to Emerson, Levi, and Emmylou.

Dawn was preceded in death by her father, Donald Ferguson and nephew, Daniel Lloyd Steffey.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
